It's important to ensure you have enough menus available for every customer during peak hours at your restaurant. Lunch is typically the busiest time, as many customers are on a strict schedule. Ideally, you should be able to hand out menus as soon as guests are seated. A good rule of thumb is to have menu covers for about 65% to 75% of your total seating capacity. It's wise to keep extra menu covers on hand to minimize the need for frequent reorders and to protect against loss or theft.
For custom cover orders, we typically require a 25-piece minimum. Our stock menu covers have a minium quantity of 10 units. The minimum purchase for most of our leather menu covers is 12.
Turnaround times typically vary depending on the product. Our current turnaround time for custom menu cover orders is 3-5 weeks. Stock products usually ship in 10-14 business days. Rush services are available upon request, subject to availability.
