Shipping Intro
Most orders are made-to-order and have a production time anywhere from two days to several weeks. Once orders are completed, they are appropriately packaged for shipping. We use a variety of local couriers, shipping, and freight companies.

Free shipping on menu covers and diploma cover orders over $300 CAD or $225 USD across Canada and Continental USA. (Sorry Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico )

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Vancouver, BC.
US Shipments: Taxes and Duties
In accordance to the CUSMA agreement, US customers will not be charged any taxes or duties. The US Customs and Border Protection Agency may charge duties and taxes on larger orders. Please be sure to include your US TAX ID on orders over $2000 USD.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to virtually any address in the world. Contact us with your shipping address and approximate order and we will get you a personalized quote.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Van Bind is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returned Orders
We require payment in full before re-shipping any order that is not accepted at time of delivery. This includes orders returned by US Customs and Border Protection for failure to provide them with requested information. This also applies to Canada Post orders that were returned after not being picked up from your local post office.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Custom-made, made-to-order and/or imprinted products are considered final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded.
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Returns on stock products require approval and are subject to a 25% or $25.00 minimum restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping and handling charges for shipping your order to you will not be credited or refunded. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
